Julie Withers:
“I had such a fun time at last summer’s wonderful Yogapushpanjali, spending a week doing little else but cooking and yoga, I am keen to come back this year! Quite a step-up from preparing meals for my small and now practically grown-up family, and a great experience of team-work (thank you Susan and Annabelle especially), finding my way around a scaled-up school kitchen, and learning to ask for help. It was truly a joy to be able to host the canteen, to nourish yogis & their young ones, to chat a little here and there, to stress some and then for it all to be okay again – it slowly dawned on me that the yoga camp was an opportunity for us all to be our ‘best selves’, and did we go for it?!
When I’m not in the yoga camp kitchen I’m learning about the role of minerals in the body, training to be an RCP (Root Cause Protocol) Consultant, and also studying the history of law and money, with the express aim to enable Life to be more abundant & creative. And when I’m not studying, you will find me walking dogs or in the garden, where I love to care for soil and plants, growing flowers and a few fruits and veg.
I’m looking forward to seeing you in July and preparing some wholesome and hopefully delicious meals, to be part of the Pop-Up Community arising, and to stretch it all out with some really great yoga…“
