2 yoga classes each day, one in the morning, one in the evening – around 4 hours total
Breakfast after the morning class, tea/coffee for much of the day (NB canteen with urn is closed when unattended 12.30 – 4.30 so bring a flask to have water for hot drinks during this period). Supper after the evening class (for weekend only tickets, meals provided are supper on Friday and Saturday, and lunch on Saturday and Sunday)
Storytelling and Indian classical dance offerings
Weekend workshop with guest teachers Sushuma and Mihir Chitale. Thursday/Friday workshops with Dr Rajlaxmi.
If you purchase a camping ticket: a non-electric camping pitch, firebowls permitted (no on the ground campfires), use of toilets and showers, water supply, access to tent with electric sockets for charging phones etc. Free parking on site next to campsite.
